Study of the mammalian brain's structure and funtion, with an emphasis on the neuroanatomy, neropharmacology and neurophysiology of the human brain. Topics include brain imaging, dementia and mechanisms of learning/memory. Brain research techniques are also discussed, as are basic neuropathological processes that result in abnormal brain function. |
