COURSE DESCRIPTION: PR: MAS 3105 and MGF 3301. Cryptology combines the studies of cryptography, the creating of masked messages, and cryptanalysis, the unraveling of masked messages. Coding theory is the study of coding schemes used to detect and correct errors that occur during the data transmission.
